TERMS OF PAYMENT

• 15-30 days credit term for international tickets (subject for approval)
• 7-15 days credit term for domestic tickets (subject for approval)
• 15 days for all documentation billing, e.g. passport, immigration and visas (subject for approval)
• For package tours or hotel arrangements requiring dollar payment, the black market rate of exchanges shall be applied insted of the current airline rate.
• For group & incentive travel, terms of payment should be based on a duly notarized Contract of Agreement.
• An Offical Purchase Order duly signed by your authorized officer is required.

Note: We suggest a monthly reconciliation of accounts between your accounting staff and our Credit & Collection officer to avoid any discrepancy in billings & payments.

SERVICE / PROCESSING FEE

• Regular Filing (10-12 working days) - PHP1,300.00
• Overtime Filing (5-7 working days) - PHP1,800.00

• The usual Visa Fee per embassy and Courier's Fee if applicable plus a service fee of Php1,500.00 for US and Php 1,200.00 for Canada, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Australia and all other visas.

• PHP224.00 service fee/ticket

• PHP500.00 per document (Marriage and Birth Certificates)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All rates quoted are in US dollars
• Rates are subject to availability at time of reservation
• Rates are subject to change without notice in particular over peak times such as Special Events, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year

• When making a reservation, please advice all necessary information including all passenger names (as written in passport), flight details, rooms required, dietary requirement, etc.
• Pre-payment is required for all group bookings. For FIT reservations payment must also be pre-paid unless there are existing credit facilities.
• If hotels impose cancellation policies, you will be advise of these at time of confirmation.
• For tour packages, no refund for any unused services.
• ALL cancellations must be via FAX or EMAIL only.
