I. DOCUMENTATION & FACILITATION
A. Passporting 
- Assist Filipino travelers in their passport requirements such as obtaining new passports, renewal of passports, passport amendments, etc.
- Secure authentication & proper documentation to meet the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) requirements in passport processing such as Birth Certificate, Marriage Contract, Affidavit of Name decrepancies, etc.
- Assist in filing of applications for passport renewal and first time applicants
- Assist in lining-up first time applicants interview at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
- See to it that all applications are properly documented to avoid innecessary delays in passport processing
B. Visa
- Provide counseling to applicants with regards to visa applications & proper documentation
- Provide assistance in the preparation, evaluation and filing of applications both Filipinos and foreign nationals in acquiring visas to their intended destinations
C. Migration
- Secure all necessary documents and clearances to meet immigration requirements such as exit clearance, special re-entry permit, Alien Certificate of Registration, etc.
- Provide Assistance, specifically for foreign nationals in the evaluation and filing of applications for visa waivers, annual registration, change of visa status, visa extensions, etc.
D. Others
- Liason with various government agencies to ensure travel tax exemptions, government authentication of travel documents, etc.
II. PASSENGER ASSISTANCE
Travel and Itenerary Planning - Plan and recommend iteneraries to suit individual requirements such as home leaves, holidays, educational tours, etc.
Hotel Reservations - We arrange for hotel reservations worldwide.
Budget Considerations - Arrange for the best possible travel arrangement at the lowest possible cost to meet the client's allocated budget.
Travel Counselling - In addition to planning and recommending an itenerary that is within the Client's budget, we also render travel counseling services on luggage considerations, basic features of the areas of destination including recommended hotels, restaurants and places to go.
Airline Reservation and Ticketing - We handle all airline reservations including seat reservations, meal requirements, etc. Airline tickets and travel documents are delivered to client two days prior to departure date provided earlier arrangements has been made.
Because we are linked with thirty-one (31) major airlines, we can easily issue your airline tickets in a matter of minutes. These thirty-one major airlines are: American Airlines, Air Macau, Air france, British Airways, Eva Air, Cebu Pacific Air, China Airlines, Continental Micronesia, Canandian Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Delta Airlines, Emirates, Gulf Air, Japan Airlines. Korean Air, KLM Royal Dutch, Lufthansa, Malaysian Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Air New Zealand, Asiana, Philippine Airlines, Qantas Airways, Quatar Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Swiss Air, Saudia, Thai Airways, United Airlines, Varig Airlines and Vietnam Airlines.
Arrange for group travel, group tour and convention travel - We plan and finalize all services that may be required such as air and land arrangements. We also handle requirements for hotel accomodation, guided tours, sightseeing, etc.
III. SPECIAL SERVICES
- Securing necessary documents for pets, plants, etc.
- Handling of insurance needs
- Facsimile and email facilities
- Accepts major credit cards such as AMEXCO, VISA and DINERS INTERNATIONAL, CITIBANK, MASTERCARDS, FAR EAST, BPI, RCBC, EQUITABLE and JCB with corresponding surcharge.
- Assist in the preparation of Corporate Incentive Program for the employees wherein the opportunity to travel and see the rest of the world become a tangible employee benefit.
IV. OTHER FEATURES
- As a policy, FUTI does not allow "down-grading" of tickets for corporate travelers unless explicitly specified by your authorized representative.
- We guarantee strict confidentiality of all travel information.
V. DOMESTIC (LOCAL PRODUCTS)
We issue the following airline tickets with a service fee of PHP 224.00 per ticket

- We issue rush ticketing depending upon availability of seats.
- We have direct access for PAL & Cebu Pacific flight frequency and reservations.
- We arrange domestic packages in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
- We arrange airport / hotel / airport transfers.
- We arrange, assist / escort group incentive tour or company outing.
- We arrange city tours.
VI. IN-PLANT TRAVEL SERVICES ARRANGEMENTS
- A FUTI will report daily for two to three hours to assist you in all your inquiries and requirements.
- FUTI will provide for an ABACUS CRS (Computer Reservation System) free-of-charge.
- All tickets will be issued in the main office of First United Travel and shall be delivered to your ofice.
An average of twenty (20) tickets per month shall be required to maintain an in-house travel |
